By accessing the website at https://novumtech.in/, you agree to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

NOVUM provides technological architecture, digital product design, and software engineering services. The scope, deliverables, and timelines for specific projects will be outlined in separate, formalized Master Services Agreements (MSAs) or Statements of Work (SOWs) signed directly by the client and NOVUM.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a signed contract, all code, designs, architectures, and intellectual property developed by NOVUM remain the exclusive property of NOVUM until all associated invoices have been paid in full by the client. Upon final payment, intellectual property rights transfer to the client according to the stipulations of the associated SOW.

When communicating with NOVUM or utilizing our platforms, you agree not to use our assets for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

The materials on NOVUM's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. NOVUM makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

In no event shall NOVUM or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on NOVUM's website or deployed software, even if NOVUM or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

All project deposits are non-refundable. Pricing estimates provided on our website or introductory calls are non-binding. Official pricing is solely determined by a legally executed proposal or SOW document. Invoices not paid within Net-30 days may be subject to service suspension.

We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [YOUR JURISDICTION HERE] and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
